Florida notary fees and recording costs
Florida sets the maximum notarial fee: $10 per in-person act and $25 per online act. Our online notarization is $40 for one act. Mobile appointments add a flat travel charge by county. Records work adds government charges at cost.

Priority is any appointment requested to start less than 6 hours after you send the request. It adds the $25 rush charge and depends on availability. The statutory notarial fee never changes. No government charges apply to notarial acts.

Priority means the order enters the next available courthouse run or the next same-day submission window. It is not a dedicated trip, and it does not guarantee clerk processing, county acceptance, or recording time. A dedicated out-of-cycle trip is quoted in writing.

Government and third-party charges
These are set by Florida law or by the office that holds the record. They are itemized separately on your invoice, collected before work begins, and reconciled when the order closes. Nothing is advanced on your behalf.
- County recording fees: $10.00 for the first page, $8.50 for each additional page, and $1.00 for each indexed name over four §28.24, F.S.
- Documentary stamp tax and intangible tax, when the document requires them. You supply the amounts; we do not calculate tax.

How you pay
After we confirm your request, you receive an itemized Square invoice by email and pay online by card or bank transfer. Notary appointments are confirmed when the invoice is paid. Records work and government charges are paid before anything is retrieved or submitted. Cancellation terms are in the Terms of Service.
