How Pricing Actually Works

Per-signature fees are the maximum allowed by statute — Mobile Mark Notary charges the cap, no more. Non-notarial fees (travel, after-hours, facility coordination) are flat-quoted before any appointment is confirmed and itemized separately on every receipt.

Travel Fees — Sample Ranges

Final travel fees are quoted before any appointment is confirmed. Typical Seminole County mobile travel ranges from $25–$75 depending on distance, time of day, and urgency. Hospital and ALF coordination typically adds $25–$50 to account for facility check-in time.

RON — No Travel Fee

Remote Online Notarization sessions have no travel fee. The $25 per-signature statutory fee is the entire cost. RON is the cost-efficient choice for any signer who can complete identity verification and prefers not to wait for an in-person appointment.

What Mobile Mark Notary Will Never Charge For

  • "Document review" fees — implied legal review, prohibited under UPL
  • "Drafting" or "preparation" fees — notaries do not draft documents
  • Hidden or surprise charges — every fee is quoted before commitment
  • Fees beyond the statutory cap — even when offered
