Statutory Pricing · No Surprises
Florida law caps notary fees. Travel and convenience fees are separate, quoted upfront, and never disguised as per-signature charges. Every appointment ends with an itemized receipt.
Florida statutory notary fees: $10 per signature for in-person notarization (§117.05), $25 per signature for Remote Online Notarization (§117.275), $30 for marriage solemnization (§117.045). Travel and after-hours fees are separate from notarial fees and are quoted upfront before any appointment is confirmed.

Final travel fees are quoted before any appointment is confirmed. Typical Seminole County mobile travel ranges from $25–$75 depending on distance, time of day, and urgency. Hospital and ALF coordination typically adds $25–$50 to account for facility check-in time.
Remote Online Notarization sessions have no travel fee. The $25 per-signature statutory fee is the entire cost. RON is the cost-efficient choice for any signer who can complete identity verification and prefers not to wait for an in-person appointment.
