Court runner and records retrieval, Seminole County

Mobile Mark Notary retrieves court file copies from the Seminole County Clerk of the Circuit Court at 101 Eslinger Way, Sanford, on scheduled runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings. One case with up to two documents is $65, plus the Clerk's copy and certification charges. Official Records and certified copies are handled too.

Court records and Official Records are different

Court files live with the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 101 Eslinger Way in Sanford and are identified by case number and docket entry. Official Records, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, and satisfactions, live in the recorded-instrument index at 1750 E. Lake Mary Boulevard and are identified by instrument number or book and page. Tell us which one you need; they are separate requests with separate rules.
